Purpose of the workshop:
Create and edit gpx-tracks on your pc - laptop with BaseCamp. We also refer to other useful pc-tools that can help you do the job.
BaseCamp (Garmin) is a pc program, allowing you to plan your hiking tracks and routes. BaseCamp is available for free.
Length and content of the workshop:
The workshop takes about 3 1/2 hours. The necessary explanations are accompanied with exercises. Bring your own laptop to the workshop (don't forget mouse and power cable).

After the workshop the presentation is sent to you via e-mail.
A week before the workshop you'll receive an e-mail with the necessary instructions to install the BaseCamp program and a map of Belgium.
At the start of the workshop we take some time to solve problems that might have occurred during the installation.

The workshop takes place in a meetingroom. The minimum number of participants is 8, the maximum 12.
Price/participant: 35 € (VAT included). A softdrink or a coffee during the break are included.
Organisation on demand:
The workshop can be organised on demand. Make it a friends gathering, a clubmeeting, a company or association incentive.
Date, time and place are mutually agreed upon. You're free to choose the place, but there should be enough space, chairs and tables to sit the number of participants (at someone's home, a clubhouse, a company meetingroom, a pub/restaurant, your holiday stay... ). The maximum number of participants is 12, there is no minimum.
The price is fixed at 315 € (VAT and traveltime are included).

We confirm your (temporary) registration and send you the necessary payment info. Your registration becomes definite once we've received the payment.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the workshop is cancelled. Payments received will be returned, or you may decide to transfer your registration to a later planned workshop.
If a workshop is overbooked, the payment dates decide who the 12 participants are. The payments of the other registrations will be returned, or you may decide to transfer them to a later planned workshop.
Once the payment received, participants cannot cancel anymore.
